Opening Course:

Champagne Toast accompanied by a chocolate covered

strawberry and a red rose for the lady.

Soup:

Tomato Brandy Soup

Finished with red wine, light cream & fresh basil.

Topped with toasted sun dried tomato & basil pesto crostini.

 

Salad:

Light field greens salad with fresh mozzarella, crisp proscuitto, toasted cashews,

topped with a Port wine - Strawberry vinaigrette.

~ Sorbet ~

 

Entrée:

8 oz. Australian cold water Lobster tail, broiled in white wine and fresh rosemary and

sage. Served with “Bordeaux’s Butter” 

and a creamed spinach soufflé for two.

Dessert:

Three layer berries and sweet cream. Three flavors of fresh sweet cream with

blueberries, raspberries and strawberries.

Served in a snifter glass with fresh mint and cinnamon.
